The venting is strategically placed in the usual hot spots under the arms and at the upper back for efficient cooling. Venting becomes very helpful when controlling your own micro climate. Designed for absolute protection, the Bolt Jacket is constructed of abrasion resistant nylon dobby weave with a XT.L 10,000 millimeter membrane, and Spylon water repellent finish.
The Bolt features the best of Spyder’s design and performance attributes. When you are in motion the expanding geometric fit will hug your body and stay with you for an athletic fit. The design of the Spyder Bolt is built for performance. The hood is full time and there is an internal drawstring at the hem to allow for a tight warmer fit or a looser venting fit. The inner collar is made of a brushed micro fiber for warmth and comfort and velcro adjustable cuffs.
This jacket offers special features like a key holder clasp in the ppocket, internal electronics pocket with cord loop, internal mesh goggle pocket, multiple external and internal pockets and a movable custom chamois lens wipe on a carabineer with shock cord.
The durable Spylon water-repellent finish is applied to the fabric exterior to prevent the garment from absorbing surface moisture and has a water repellency of 80 percent after 20 washings. It also guards against water and oil-based stains. Constructed with materials engineered to wick sweat away from the body, provide breath-ability and ventilation, and waterproof protection, the Bolt Jacket offers years of high-performance protection.
